Delfigon offers consultancy services within systems engineering, computer systems, networking and security. We have long experience in all four areas. Within systems engineering we have broad competence from requirements and project management to detailed systems specification.

We are Incose Certified Systems Engineering Experts (CSEP) and have been working with systems engineering in a wide array of fields including:

• Radio System Design (Bluetooth, 3G)
• VPN systems and networking on both Linux and microkernels
• Submarines and submarine subsystems including secure onboard networking

We have designed secure network gateways and MQTT clients on top of microkernels for use in domains where Linux provides insufficient security. This line of work has given us experience with the microkernels SeL4 and Genode. Both kernels allow for the design of very secure systems with a trusted computing base many orders of magnutude smaller than that of Linux.

Before Delfigon, we worked with standard hardware military grade VPN systems and gateways for many years and have deep uderstanding of the process to bring such systems to life from initial concept studies, through requirements elucidation, development, Common-Criteria certification and final customer handover. We have been through several intricate processes required to acheive the ultimate end goal; a certified high assurance system.
